You must be at least 13 years old to use Nami. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are handled through third-party payment processors in compliance with applicable regulations.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
•
We do not guarantee refunds after a subscription period has begun unless required by law.

Use Nami in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
•
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
•
Use Nami to generate, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
•
Interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service.
•
We may restrict or suspend your access if you engage in prohibited activity.

You may provide text or other input (“User Content”) while interacting with AI models. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using Nami, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store it solely for operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for any content you submit, including ensuring it does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

Nami uses third-party APIs and services such as:

Convex – for backend data and storage management

These third parties may process limited data according to their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions, but we select reputable providers that meet security and compliance standards.
All content, branding, code, and design elements of Nami are owned by Wite Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of Nami without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nami is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding:

The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses
•
The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
•
The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose

Your use of Nami is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wite Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Nami, including any loss of data or profits.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Nami after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts located in İstanbul, Türkiye.
