Terms of Service

1. About these terms

Nami is a mobile application that gives you access to several artificial intelligence models through a single subscription. These terms are the agreement between you and Nami for the use of the app and the services behind it. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

2. Who can use Nami

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use Nami on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple or with Google. Keep your device and that sign-in method secure, because anyone with access to them can reach your chats. Write to support@nami.chat if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Subscription, credits and billing

A paid subscription is sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancel or change the plan in the subscription settings of your Apple ID. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are already in.
A subscription grants credits for the billing period. Credits are consumed when a model answers you, when speech is produced, and when an image or a video is generated. Different models consume different amounts.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and unused credits expire at the end of the period unless we say otherwise.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We can help you with a request, but we cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves.

5. How you may use Nami

You agree not to use Nami to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights; to create sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, or content intended to harass a specific person; to build a competing service, resell model access, or route automated traffic through the app; or to reverse engineer the app, bypass credit accounting, or interfere with the service and its rate limits.
The acceptable use policies of the model providers also apply to what you send through Nami.

6. Your content

Your prompts, files and generated results stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store them, to transmit them to the model you chose, and to show them back to you across your devices. We do not use your chats to train our own models.

7. AI output

Model output can be wrong, outdated, biased, or confidently invented. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Check anything you intend to rely on. You are responsible for how you use the output, and identical prompts may produce different answers for different people.

8. Third-party models and services

Answers are produced by third-party providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral and Perplexity, reached through a routing provider. We select and configure these models, but we do not control their output. Models may be added, changed or removed as providers update them.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Nami. We try to give notice of changes that matter, and we will not reduce the credits you have already paid for without telling you. Maintenance, provider outages and network problems can interrupt the service.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nami at any time and delete your account from the app. Deleting the account removes your chats, projects and uploaded files from our systems. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.

11. Disclaimers

Nami is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from your use of Nami. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nami after that means you accept the updated terms.
